Shipping policy

Processing time for custom orders is typically 3–10 business days depending on product type and order volume.

 Once orders are shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email if available.

 Clara’s D3signs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
