All items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Therefore, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted on custom or personalized items.

Clara's D3signs is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is an error with your order due to a mistake made by Clara's D3signs.
